**Friday, October 27 Pep Rally 7th period, Game vs. Lyman HS (See time schedule below)
Saturday, October 28 Homecoming Dance (no band activities)
*Thursday Timeline: HOMECOMING PARADE
2:30pm Load large equipment on to the trailer.
4:00pm Report to the area of 356 Hillcrest Drive (The Palmer’s House) for parade lineup. Uniform will include blue jeans; this year’s band tshirt, band shoes and black socks. Color guard and pit may want to get candy to toss out during the parade.
Music will be: “I Want You Back”
4:45pm Move to starting position
5:00pm Parade step-off

6:00pm

 

 Return to school. (No rehearsal)
**Friday Timeline HOMECOMING GAME VS. LYMAN  HIGH SCHOOL  
4:30pm Pre-game rehearsal
6:00pm Report to the band room, get into uniform
6:15pm Line up and march into the stadium from the auditorium
6:25pm Seniors line up for senior night presentation
6:55pm Perform the National Anthem from the band stands.

Cheesecake Canvassing has been postponed until November 11th. This is Veterans Day, but hopefully will give our community time to clean up and get back into the swing of things after the hurricane.  There were way too many conflicts with the original date, and this is a mandatory fundraising event.  Cheesecakes will now be delivered in time for Christmas instead of Thanksgiving.

The band and color guard will not be attending the University Orange City away football game on Friday (10/6).  Instead, we will have a full marching band and color guard practice on the OHS football field from 6-9PM.

On Saturday, October 7th we will be traveling to Leesburg High School for the Central Florida Marching Invitational. Current students and parents, please refer to the email that was sent via CHARMS in regards to specific times for this event.
